For more than 20 years, I have created and managed initiatives for nonprofits that resolved problems, identified opportunities, and enhanced connections. Emphasizing staff, board, and leadership development, I look forward to continuing that work with your team.
Nonprofit organizations have emerged from 2020 reexamining their structure, their programs, their impact, and the metrics they use to determine success. Doing so will test any organization, but those that commit to the work, notably through a race equity lens, may be best positioned to serve the needs of their community.
