Online Workshops and Support Services
Productive dialogue is a process seemingly absent from today’s work environment. You want well-served clients and a successful business, and also to ensure that your workforce is treated fairly. You want to achieve equitable yet realistic solutions to workplace conflicts.
Constructive discourse, a key component of everything you hope to achieve, is both an art and a science that can be learned with effective training.
Building on my four decades of work in law, together with experts in communication and mediation, we have developed training workshops designed to make conversations between people who disagree both possible and more productive. I have created a program with Certified Conflict Manager, (CCM), Carol Rice who is based in Atlanta, Georgia where she works in a variety of settings that include private and public conflict resolution.
With over 30 years of experience in dealing with conflict management issues, Ms. Rice has had the opportunity to observe the impact of unresolved disputes and has made it her mission to find meaningful ways to assist those in conflict to become empowered to make decisions in their own best interest.
Our program is delivered in a safe online learning environment and is backed by specialist support sessions conducted either in person or remotely. We provide the skills, learning and real-life context to help you explore current issues and secure workable, satisfactory results for both your organization and its employees.

Nonprofit Consultation
Nonprofits are the emotional glue of a community. The organizations that exist to promote justice in every form offer members of our communities to have a sense of security, stability, self-sufficiency, and hope.
In 2022, we have emerged together from cultural, health, and systemic challenges with a range of uncertainties. But we have a common mandate: to recover and fully exercise the capabilities and promises that will allow our organizations to give full service to those who depend so heavily on us.
For 25 years, I worked as a staff member, Board member, Board Chair, Director, and finally Executive Director of organizations that offered creative responses to community needs. Now, as a consultant, I relish the chance to work with non-profits that will see their employees, their Boards, and their volunteers as gifts and as tools to be used to lift their client communities.
